The general objective of this research was to determine how creative strategies improve the production of written texts in first and second grade students at Educational Institution No. 88064, Carhuamarca, Cáceres del Perú, Santa, 2024, through an applied, explanatory, and pre-experimental study. The population consisted of 13 students, and the sample comprised 12, to whom a pre-test and post-test were administered. Observation was used as the data collection technique, and a writing test was used as the instrument; the method employed was hypothetical-deductive. The pre-test results showed that 50% of the students were at the pre-beginning level; 25% at the beginning level; 25% at the developing level; and 0% at the advanced level. In the post-test, after the 16 experimental sessions, 25% of the students were at the Developing level and 75% at the Proficient level. Similarly, the hypothesis test, conducted using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, yielded a p-value (sig.) of 0.002. Since this value is less than the significance level (α = 0.05), the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. It was concluded that creative strategies improved the written text production of first- and second-grade students at Educational Institution No. 88064, Carhuamarca, Cáceres del Perú, Santa, 2024.
