Recapitulaciones sobre las competencias profesionales como sustento a la idoneidad demostrada en el ámbito universitario
Abstract
La gestión por competencias como mecanismo esencial para la determinar destrezas, habilidades y aptitudes de los trabajadores, se aplica necesariamente en el ámbito universitario como mecanismo de gestión del potencial humano. En esta dirección se dirige la investigación en búsqueda de las causas que inciden en las deficiencias que hoy se manifiestan en la ordenación jurídica de las competencias profesionales con relación al proceso de idoneidad demostrada.

ABSTRACTThe management by competences as an essential mechanism to determine the skills, abilities and aptitudes of workers, necessarily applies in the university field as a mechanism for managing human potential. In this direction we enable research in search of the causes that affect the deficiencies that are manifested today in the legal ordering of professional competences in relation to the proven suitability process, for this reason we focus on the essential foundations to be considered.
