La perspectiva familiar en la crisis educativa de la Educación Superior durante la pandemia COVID-19
Abstract
El artículo analiza la visión de los representantes de los estudiantes sobre el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la Educación Superior durante la pandemia de Covid-19. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos para obtener y analizar información sobre las normativas, disposiciones, diseño instruccional, tecnologías y acompañamiento. Los resultados revelaron insuficiencias en la enseñanza virtual y una migración hacia esta modalidad educativa, lo que ha generado una crisis educativa con afectaciones en las metas establecidas. La familia juega un papel decisivo en el proceso formativo universitario, como sostén y guía, y su acompañamiento es esencial para evitar afectaciones en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.

ABSTRACT
The article examines the perspective of student representatives on the teaching and learning process in Higher Education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study employed both theoretical and empirical methods to gather and analyze information on regulations, provisions, instructional design, technology, and support. The results indicated deficiencies in virtual teaching and learning and a migration towards this educational modality, leading to an educational crisis with an impact on established goals. Family support plays a decisive role in the university education process, providing students with necessary support and guidance, and their involvement is essential in preventing negative effects on student learning.
