Estudio sobre el contenido, Derecho de los Discapacitados en estudiantes universitarios de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia

Resumen

En la actualidad son varias las aristas y enfoques en que se realizan investigaciones científicas que se vinculan con los discapacitados, pero sin embargo las de derecho juegan un rol protagónico, pues son las que crean una base jurídica que sirve de sustento a su integración al resto de la sociedad. De ahí la importancia del tema seleccionado, pues se aborda desde el prisma de los estudiantes universitarios en formación de jurisprudencia. Es por ello que la presente investigación tiene como objetivo: realizar un estudio sobre el contenido de derecho de los discapacitados en estudiantes universitarios de la facultad de jurisprudencia. Para poder desarrollar la investigación se utilizaron varios métodos, dentro de ellos se ubican los teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos estadísticos. Luego de la aplicación de estos se presentaron los resultados del estudio, lo que reflejan las principales necesidades de investigación y así deja el tema abierto para futuros estudios de mayor grado de complejidad.

ABSTRACT

At the present time they are several the edges and focuses in that you/they are carried out scientific investigations that are linked with the limitations, but however those of right play a protagonist list, because they are those that believe an artificial base that serves from sustenance to their integration to the rest of the society. Of there the importance of the selected topic, because it is approached from the prism of the university students in jurisprudence formation. It is for it that the present investigation has as objective: to carry out a study on the content of right of the limitations in university students of the jurisprudence ability. To be able to develop the investigation several methods they were used, inside them the theoretical, empiric and mathematical are located statistical. After to application of these the results of the study were presented, what you/they reflect the main investigation necessities and he/she leaves this way the open topic for future studies of more grade of complexity.
