Abstract

The research carried out found a justification in the need to recognize the creation of discussion Forums between people who are currently studying the Bachelor's Degree in Communication and those who already practice this profession. The objective was to espectáculo the relevance of intergenerational learning as a tool for educational innovation. Specifically, it sought to expose how students who are in a career with the mitigating circumstances contemplated by the aforementioned discipline, can have a more active learning if they listen to the professional experiences that people who studied the same career at the same university currently have. The methodological approach was quantitative -questionnaire on Likert scale-, a total population of ninety people was used. The results showed that, from the talks held, the students have a clearer idea of what a person who studied this degree does at work, the students were able to get more involved with their learning, it was detected that educational innovation can be based on actions such as interpersonal dialogue in spaces far from the classroom; Finally, the former students felt part of the institution in which they were forged. It was concluded that this teaching practice is necessary for students to develop more practical and experiential knowledge from these interactions. As a final recommendation, this kind of dynamics can be replicated not only in different undergraduate programs, but also at the graduate level, where life testimonies can serve as a basis for another style of educational processes.
