Abstract

In Cuba, multiple research projects, works, programs, etc. have been carried out, which have formed strategies for the development of intelligence and creativity. The development of talent in Cuba is approached in research from different directions focused on social attention and aspirations. The researchers agree that the systematic attention and development of talent in the national education system is a necessity and that the topic be introduced into the new plans and programs of Cuban education, through strategies designed to address it as a priority for the country. The aim of this work is to theoretically systematize the concepts regarding the professional activity of management in education for and of talented students in order to improve the conception and establishment of working links between the General Directorate of Education and the Provincial Center for Training in High-Performing Academic Students (CEPARA), which have a pedagogical basis in the branch of school organization. The requirements are provided for the coordinated integration of the system of relationships between the structures and functions of the actors involved in the process. On this matter, there is little research precedent, given its incorporation into educational reality. Integration in management relationships and how to structure them define the achievement of the goal of these centers.  In the process of theoretical-methodological systematization, the authors use research methods at the theoretical level: analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive; In addition, at the empirical level, document analysis is used. All for the structuring of process logic during the acquisition of knowledge and bibliographic consultation.
