Educational strategies to enhance productivity through the development of human talent

The development of human talent not only improves the technical skills of employees, but also increases their motivation and commitment to the organization. Puyo companies that adopt a comprehensive vision of human talent development obtain significant competitive advantages. However, challenges were identified, such as lack of financial resources and resistance to change by some employees and managers. The objective of this work is to analyze the relationship between the development of human talent and the productivity of companies in the City of Puyo. The research used a mixed approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods and structured surveys were carried out. The results indicated a strong correlation between the development of human talent and business productivity, in addition to assessing how training, skill development and employee well-being influence the efficiency and effectiveness of local companies. It is concluded that collaboration strategies between companies and universities are essential to improve the formation of human capital and, consequently, regional productivity and competitiveness.
