Psychological adaptation of students from the socio-economic sphere in the process of self-realization

Abstract

The article reveals the content of psychological adaptation of students of the socio-economic sphere in self-realization and shows the main components. The internal and external factors on which the result of the holistic adaptation of students of the socio-economic sphere to the conditions of study in higher education depends are described. The levels of the adaptation process of students of the socio-economic sphere are identified; the content of the self-realization process is revealed; the main components of the phenomenon of self-realization are clarified. The insufficiency of the development of the problem of successful self-realization of students of higher education in the process of their professional development is clarified, which made it possible to form an experimental goal: to study the psychological features of successful self-realization of students identified in the process of professional development of the individual. A program of psychological adaptation of students from the socio-economic sphere in the process of self-realization is developed. The program aims to develop conditions that contribute to the optimization of the process of psychological adaptation of students from the socio-economic sphere in the process of self-realization. The specified goal was realized through the fulfillment of the identified effective conditions. Methodological advice on the psychological adaptation of students from the socio-economic sphere in higher education in the process of self-realization is prescribed.
