Síndrome de burnout en los docentes de la unidad educativa ciudad de Caracas del Cantón Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas

Abstract

La práctica docente en el sistema de educación desarrolla sus actividades en condiciones diversas, tanto urbano y rural, donde los factores geográficos, tiempo y distancia influye en el desempeño, denotan cansancio, aburrimiento, desinterés, siendo necesario un análisis profundo. El objetivo del artículo fue determinar los niveles de influencia del Burnout en el desempeño laboral y emotivo de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa de Caracas del cantón Santo domingo de los Tsáchilas, la investigación tiene una muestra de 70 docentes corresponde al 100% de unidades de investigación, en la que se analizó las variables sociodemográfica y laboral, se aplicó el cuestionario de Burnout de Maslach.

ABSTRACT

The teaching practice in the educational system develops its activities in diverse conditions, both urban and rural, where geographical factors, time and distance influence performance, denote tiredness, boredom, and disinterest, requiring a deep analysis. The objective of the article was to determine the levels of influence of the Burnout in the labor and emotional performance of the teachers of the Educational Unit of Caracas of the Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas canton, the research has a sample of 70 teachers corresponds to 100% of units in the research, in which the sociodemographic and labor variables were analyzed, the Maslach Burnout questionnaire was applied.
