Gestión investigativa del docente en la Universidad Regional Autónoma de Los Andes, sede Santo Domingo

Abstract

En el 2016 se diagnosticaron insatisfacciones e insuficiencias relacionadas con la gestión de la superación y la investigación de la Uniandes Santo Domingo, tema aún relevante. Así, es objetivo de este trabajo caracterizar el proceso de gestión relacionado con la investigación en la Uniandes, sede Santo Domingo. Esta indagación mixta se basó en un alcance descriptivo con carácter observacional y analítico en un estudio retrospectivo del tema. La caracterización con los datos compilados por la observación propició mejoras de preparación y gestión investigativa en el desarrollo de competencias investigativas de los docentes de la UNIANDES Santo Domingo. Como conclusión principal se han logrado resultados investigativos importantes y los indicadores para nuevos retos en cuanto a la gestión investigativa.

ABSTRACT

In 2016, dissatisfactions and insufficiencies related to the management of improvement and the investigation of the Uniandes Santo Domingo were diagnosed, an issue that is still relevant. Thus, the objective of this work is to characterize the management process related to research at Uniandes, Santo Domingo campus. This mixed inquiry was based on a descriptive scope with an observational and analytical nature in a retrospective study of the subject. The characterization with the data compiled by the observation led to improvements in research preparation and management in the development of research competencies of the teachers of UNIANDES Santo Domingo. As a main conclusion, important research results and indicators for new challenges in research management have been achieved.
