Interprofessional pedagogical education of early childhood education professionals

Higher education is aimed at training professionals who understand the complex realities and processes of society, with participatory, collaborative modes of action, based on the interconnection of different professional profiles. The objective of the work is to propose a methodological procedure for interprofessional pedagogical education from the contents, design and execution of the subject work practice in the General Pedagogical Training discipline of early childhood education careers. A qualitative methodology was used with a grounded theory design, the application of different methods and the Atlas program. ti for the analysis and definition of categories. As a result, a methodological procedure was developed for interprofessional pedagogical education from the treatment of the contents and work practice of the subject, with didactic-methodological actions for the direction and organization of the process, which made problematization possible in the context of professional action; the construction of intervention projects, where each specialty participated in their preparation, execution and evaluation. It enabled the theoretical-practical link in a conscious way and scientific bases, mastery of the modes of action, improvement of results, fulfillment of the aspirations of the Third Improvement of the National Education System to contribute to prosperous and sustainable development.
