The management of the municipal university centers from its process's perspective.

Abstract

Cuban universities prioritize the improvement of management in the base link in the search for the fulfillment of their objectives, for this they need to apply appropriate approaches for this purpose. The approach to processes as a management method contributes to improving the results, hence the relevance of using process management in the local universities with the advantages of this with respect to the current functional approach that is presented in Higher Education. The objective of the research is to develop a bibliometric study about the current state of the management of the local universities with a process approach. Empirical methods such as observation, interviews, surveys and document review were also used.
