Abstract

The Pedagogical Training Model for Sociocommunity Transformation is based on the structural functional systemic method, which integrates the subsystems of Projection, Systematization, and Transformative Pedagogical Praxis. This approach highlights the importance of these subsystems in the development of the sociocommunity pedagogical performance of the sociocultural manager, promoting an innovative paradigm in professional training. The implementation of the model allows for the establishment of a system of relationships among the components of the training process, thus ensuring adequate preparation of the teachers responsible for the Bachelor's degree in Sociocultural Management for Development. This aspect is crucial for articulating integrated knowledge that responds to the demands of the current sociocommunity context. This not only contributes to the comprehensive improvement of professional performance in sociocultural management but also enhances the manager's ability to face contemporary challenges in the environment. By fostering a logic of interconnection among the various elements of the educational process, the model seeks to transform pedagogical practice into an effective resource for social and community transformation, thereby promoting a positive impact on communities. In summary, this model presents itself as a key tool for developing competencies in sociocultural managers, aligning their training with the realities and needs of the sociocommunity context.
