This article focuses on the deficiencies in the professional pedagogical training of upper secondary primary education teachers in terms of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The primary objective is to design a pedagogical strategy that addresses and overcomes these limitations. To do this, methods based on the criteria of experts and users were applied. The proposed actions seek to enrich the training process of primary education teachers and, therefore, improve the preparation of both the teacher and the student in the field of ICT as a training mediator. The results obtained support the viability and relevance of the proposed pedagogical strategy to promote the development of the investigated process and prepare future professionals for their teaching work with a methodological approach.
