The study examined the effectiveness of a specialized module on special procedures of the Company Law in strengthening critical skills in law students at the Universidad de Los Andes. To do so, a mixed methodological approach was used, integrating quantitative analysis through performance tests and grades, and qualitative analysis through interviews and focus groups. The module combined theoretical content with practical simulations and problem-based learning, encouraging active participation. The results showed significant improvements in academic performance, with a 31.1% increase in average practical test scores and an improvement in students' overall grades. Participants reported a strengthening of critical skills and highlighted the relevance of simulations to connect theory and practice. This pedagogical approach was highly effective in preparing students to face professional challenges. It is recommended to increase personalization in feedback and expand practical activities to optimize future results.
