The work entitled: System of activities to contribute to the development of professional motivation towards a pedagogical career, in sixth grade students at ENU Celia Sánchez Manduley, offers the results of its application in students of this teaching and the circle of pedagogical interest, with the aim of contributing to the development of motivation towards this profession. The activities are based on the person-logical approach of professional guidance and the importance of high motivation for the development of socialist society, based on our own reality. The work proposes activities, which can be carried out with primary school students of the second cycle and thus promote an essentially affective-motivational approach to the pedagogical profession by stimulating the experimentation of affective-positive experiences during the preparation and execution of activities whose content They are: visits to retired teachers and literacy instructors, analysis of phrases by Martí and Fidel, projection of educational videos, application of techniques to diagnosis. Various methods from the theoretical level and the empirical level were applied. In addition, specific recommendations are offered to improve the work of professional pedagogical guidance, due to the importance it has for the continuity of the Revolution.
