Inclusion in Higher Education. A proposal at the Technical University of Babahoyo

The Ecuadorian universities have assumed as a demand to promote the inclusion like part of their pedagogic and didactic model, however, it is still difficult to find a proposal that it not allows alone the access but the adjustment of the educational plans. Interested in contributing from the context of the Technical University of Babahoyo the reflection of the initiatives it was promoted in Latin America and mainly in Ecuador to respond from the investigation to the problem How to improve the learning process in the students with discapacidad in the Technical University of Babahoyo? In this mark, it was declared as general objective, to elaborate a proposal to improve the learning process in the students with discapacidad in the Technical University of Babahoyo. The investigation process was organized starting from specific tasks with theoretical and empiric methods that allowed the authors to leave outlined the rules to elaborate an educational virtual plan as alternative to improve the learning process in the students with educational special necessities, of the Technical University of Babahoyo. You confirms in this investigation the potentialities of the contextualización and the integration of the technological resources to achieve the inclusion in the superior Education.
