Abstract

Contemporary legal education faces the challenge of integrating knowledge from multiple disciplines to address the demands of a globalized and complex environment. Interdisciplinary training emerges as a key strategy to enhance research competencies, fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to solve legal problems with methodological rigor. This approach enables students to identify and address legal issues from multiple perspectives, incorporating theoretical and practical tools from fields such as sociology, economics, political science, and applied ethics. Furthermore, it encourages collaboration between faculty and students, creating active learning spaces that strengthen intellectual autonomy and creativity in legal research. The implementation of structured interdisciplinary training programs demonstrates improvements in the ability to formulate hypotheses, design robust research projects, and communicate results effectively, contributing to the comprehensive profile of future legal professionals. Additionally, integrating information technologies and innovative methodologies reinforces the relevance and applicability of the acquired competencies, preparing students to face contemporary legal challenges with a well-rounded and informed perspective. This approach underscores the importance of legal education not only as the transmission of norms but also as the training of professionals capable of generating relevant, ethical, and socially responsible knowledge.
