Teaching strategy to contribute to the participation of tenth grade students in the subject of Natural Sciences

Student participation in their own learning in the area of Natural Sciences becomes a challenge for the educational community, therefore its study in the Ecuadorian context becomes more relevant every day. This article is based on this line, aimed at considering the leading role of students in their own learning process. The type of research used is descriptive, in which the orientations that are proposed are located in a concatenated way and seeks, through the measurement of data, to specify the characteristics and important features of the analyzed phenomenon. It is based on the mixed approach of research from the use of theoretical, empirical and statistical methods whose essential result is concretized in the design of a didactic strategy that allows teachers, through the use of active methods and certain resources, to achieve the participation of students in classes in the area of Natural Sciences.
