As part of the exercise carried out in a Socio-emotional Workshop by Microsoft de México at the Universidad Autónoma del Carmen, the following program was designed with the objective of developing the socio-emotional training of university students. It was worked on collaboratively between the faculties of Health Sciences and Natural Sciences, in the Institutional Tutoring Schedule (HIT) the bachelor's degrees that participated were Psychology and Marine Biology, both located on Campus III of the same institution. We worked with students from various school cycles who accepted to participate voluntarily in the workshop, since they were tutored by the teachers who created and developed it, therefore, it was a non-probabilistic sample, through a qualitative methodology, where various playful activities were applied for the development of the socio-emotional training of the students, the results show that the participants felt included with the activities carried out and more receptive to their emotions. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of this type of workshops on a permanent basis can bring benefits to university students, as demonstrated by the various studies that have been carried out on this subject.
