Selection of content for a continuous teacher training strategy in university extension

The objective of the research is to determine content that integrates professional, scientific knowledge and contextual problems to include them in a strategy of continuous training of university teachers for university extension in order to achieve the improvement of the teacher's knowledge in the creation of learning situations that contribute to the relevant training of the professional future that today's society demands. To determine the contents, surveys were carried out; structural analysis was applied using the MICMAC tool, strategic prospective method, and the Pareto diagram for the hierarchy of contents. The result consists of the determination of a content proposal for its development in a continuous training strategy that integrates the knowledge of the profession, the scientists and the problems of the context, based on university extension.
